Excellent Study Guide For The NY State Real Estate Salespersons Exam Nov 23, 2007

This book offers excellent sample test questions which I found were almost identical to those on the exam. I gave myself a crash course the morning of, but really, you ought to get this book a couple of weeks prior to the test if you really want to feel confident. I passed the state exam without any problem. To my surprise, I finished with plenty of time because I knew the answers immediately. I really think I would have had difficulty passing the exam had I not obtained this book. It was well worth every cent.

I was the first one out of the exam room and with a high score thanks (in part) to this terrific book (I also was midway through the required coursework and I have real estate life experience).
I found the exams in this book to be tougher than the real thing, which is good for a study guide. The capsule review section is outstanding, and the glossary is easier to review and memorize than the huge unwieldly one in the required textbook you're using in class. The answer guides explain why the correct answers are correct, which is invaluable.
I do think if you can do all the exams in this book and pass them strongly, you'll do great on the state test.
