4Still relevant advice  May 19, 2010
Flipping is essentially a simplified term for adding value to real estate, be it land, commercial or residential property. Roberts and Kraynak make the process easy to understand and allow the reader to feel comfortable exploring the different options available from traditional financing to seller financing to creative sale. It explains the best form of no-money down and the process of double closing--all legal and effortless. A great read and buy even in today's economy.

I would recommend this book to anyone who is even slightly interested in acquiring property. It covers the general picture of what you are going to deal with. Despite this dreadful economy there is a lot of house flipping still going on. I actually watch for houses that come up for sale as flips. Often they are a bargain on a freshly refurbished house.

This book is well written and explains things in terms to be understood by the novice investor and likely will point some things out to the experienced investor to improve profits.

Book is a good guide. Common sense and a crystal ball to figure out what will happen next with the USA economy are still needed.
